For todays workout, be careful not to burn out. You will need your shoulders. When we get to the step up and over, you will hold a pair of dumbbells, step up and go to the other side. If you are not doing muscle-ups, we will be working on strength. Complete 10 pull-ups, or as many as you can and then 15 push-ups. Keep good form and try to get better.
