1 Clean & Press 155/85
{5 Push-Ups, 10 Sit-Ups, 15 Squats}
2 Clean & Press 155/85
{5 Push-Ups, 10 Sit-Ups, 15 Squats}
3 Clean & Press 155/85

Each Partner must complete {5 Push-Ups, 10 Sit-Ups, 15 Squats} then the other partner will do it! Then each partner will do the clean & press, starting at 1 and building up to 10 reps each partner, GOOD LUCK!
