As we continue to approach summer, no better way to be ready than to embrace our core. We all like to have a tight stomach, but a strong core means a strong body. It will help us in the workout, help us sleep better, and reduce injury. Wahoo.

Tuesday HIT

Strength:
5 Rounds:
5 1-Arm DB Overhead Sit-Up 15-20%, keep arm straight and pointed at ceiling
10 Floor Wipers (keep legs straight, go side to side, goal is to touch the ground)
10 Russian Twists with DB (touch the ground on each side, don’t bounce)
Rest 60

HIT:
3 Rounds:
200m Run
8 1-ARM DB Clean + Reverse Lunge + Press 20%
8 DB Push-Ups (each push-up alternated which hand is holding DB, either move DB or move body) (4 each hand)
8 DB Thrusters 20%
Rest 60

Beginner:
3 Rounds:
200m Run
8 1-ARM DB Clean + Reverse Lunge + Press 10%
8 Push-Ups
8 DB Thrusters 10%
Rest 60
