Start with 2 (Power Cleans, Front Squat, Push-Press) then do 5 Pull-Ups, 10 Squats, 15 Sit-Ups, then do 4 (Power Cleans, Front Squat, Push-Press) and continue up!
2-4-6-8-10 Power Clean, Front Squat, Push-Press
10 Strict Pull-Ups
10 Squats
10 Sit-Ups
