HIIT Workouts

Updated Thursday Workout!  Even though everyone’s loves Thrusters and will miss doing them, I thought this workout will help reinvigorate everyone!  Get after it!

18min AMRAP
10 Spiderman Push-Ups (Knee touches Elbow)
10 Ring Dips
50 Double-Unders (150 Singles)
10 Roll-Outs (6 from feet with 135lb weighted barbell)
10 Over the Bar Burpees

Score=total reps completed!
