Men/Women
Every 5 minutes you must do a 400m run
Then:
5 Rounds:
15 Toes to Bar
15 Power Cleans 135/75
15 Burpees
9 Muscle-Ups/Pull-Ups
Every round subtract 2 reps from each exercise to 7 reps in the last round

Beginner:
Every 5 minutes you must do a 200m run
Then:
5 Rounds:
15 Sit-Ups
15 Power Cleans 95/55
15 Burpees
15 Ski Jumps
Every round subtract 2 reps from each exercise to 7 reps in the last round
