5 out of 6 weeks
Tuesday:
4 x 3 Position 2 Snatches 65% make 3 out of 4 increase weight by 2.5 kg each week
4 x 1 Squat Clean + 2 Pause Jerks 70% make 3 out of 4 increase weight by 2.5 kg each week
3 x 5 Snatch Grip Deadlift at 90% increase weight by 5kg each week

Thursday:
4 Power Snatch + Snatch from 1 70% make 3 out of 4 increase weight by 2.5 kg each week
4 Power Clean + Front Squat + Jerk 75% make 3 out of 4 increase weight by 2.5 kg each week
3 x 3 Back Squat at 80% increase weight by 5kg each week
