5 Rounds:
3 Power Cleans + 3 Front Squats + 3 Push-Press + 3 Back Squats 135/85
10 Over the Bar Burpees
Rest 1 minute
After 5th round rest 2 minutes

5 Rounds:
10 Deadlifts
10 Plyo Jumps
10 Toes to Bar
Rest 1 minute

We start this workout with some bar work. Make sure to pick a weight you are comfortable with, it will get heavy either way. Try to do all the bar work before putting the bar down and work your way through the burpees. After you complete the 5th round take a 2 minute break. In the next section we will be using the same weight for deadlifts. Plyo jumps are over the barbell, move fast. For toes to bar, if you can’t bring your feet to the bar, raise your knees up as high as you can.
