This will be a running workout, meaning you will start at the regular class time, then finish when you finish. So the next coach will take over helping you. This is a tribute workout to remember those we lost on 9/11/2001. It is supposed to take a long time. Do it with a few friends and have fun. Take the time to appreciate those who protect us day in and day out.
