400m run

Partner 1 starts on the rower. When they are done, the move onto the clean and thrusters. As soon as the move on, partner 2 starts on the rower, and so one for partners 3 and 4. You should have the equipment organize in a line. Partner 1 will set the pace. The run is the rest, when you come back in, push yourself on the rower.
