Phil graduated from Rutgers University in 2010 with a degree in Business Management. He became infatuated with bodybuilding at age 18 and nutrition shortly after. Phil is an all around athlete, playing soccer, basketball, and running throughout his high school and collegiate career. Before coming to Intrepid, Phil read about High Intensity Training and its amazing benefits and was very intrigued. He began utilizing HIT, pushing his workouts to the max with running, rowing, and biking. Adam introduced him to what Intrepid had to offer and he’s been hooked ever since. Phil has been around the Intrepid community since it’s birth, watching it grow from the beginning.
